		<description>I agree with most of this, however I think that although govt funding is certainly *desirable* it may not actually be required. Something like 80% of US Venture Capital is currently going into "Cleantech" - probably more than all the grants going into it from the pathetic excuse of a government they have at the moment. Despite this, it may not be enough, and more Govt incentives are desirable to encourage more R&#38;D in the sector. 

BTW there doesn't seem to be any indication that the boxes in this comment form are supposed to be Name/email/URL (I had to look at the source). Might not be designed for FF3?</description>
