		<description>Sam is correct, one of my mates works with one of the providers who participated in the trial and he said the system is able to process multiple sites hosted on the same address and only block access to those matching the government list.</description>

I believe it would intercept that traffic, but if the URL doesn&#039;t match a blacklist it allows the web request to continue. Quite how that works isn&#039;t clear. From the OIA response, they claim they store no record of those requests.</description>
