Sticky Dade Pudding

Ingredients (10 servings)
- 125 g butter
225 g stoned dades 1 tbs baking soda 5 tbs
sugar 2 eggs
1 cup flour 1 ts salt 1 ts vanilla
1 ts baking powder butter for painting
caramel
sauce: 1 cup cream
125 g butter 115 g brown sugar 1 ts vanilla
whipped cream: 1/2 liter whipping cream
Instructions
- Chop dades, put in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and
leave at low heat for 3 minutes. Put pot aside and add baking soda. Don't
throw away the water.
Whip 125g of butter with sugar, and add the eggs one at a time.
Gently mix in flour, salt and vanilla. Add baking
powder and some of the water from the dades until it resembles pancake
dough. Add dades. Bake at 200° C for about 40 minutes - or until
finished. Meanwhile mix the rest of the butter, cream, sugar and
vanilla in a pot. Bring to a boil and leave for low heat for 3 minutes.
Pour some of the sauce over the cake while it is cooling. Serve the rest
of the sauce with the cake. You can put whipped cream on the cake.
